Additional Information:
- Session fees are paid at registration and are non-refundable.
- USA and Minnesota Swimming (MSI) Membership Fees - All swimmers must have active annual USA and MSI memberships ($70 and $10 respectively). These memberships are renewed annually by the club in late November, and your account will be billed accordingly. If your swimmer is new to USA Swimming, our club administrator, Eric Neese will reach out with directions on how to proceed. USA and MSI memberships are not a part of TUNA’s winter session fees and will be billed separately to all accounts.
- Multi-Swimmer Discount – families registering more than one swimmer per session will receive a 5% discount off total registration fees for all swimmers in that session.
- Club Policies – at registration you will be asked to review and acknowledge several TUNA Club policies.
- Winter 2025/26 Volunteer Commitment:
–Our parent volunteers are the heart of our club and thanks to all of you, we are known for having very well ran meets and events.
–TUNA Swim Club is hosting a home meet on January 24 and 25, 2026. Swimmers will be split by roster on either Saturday or Sunday (TBA). Each family must provide a minimum of one volunteer per session in which they have a swimmer registered to compete. Our volunteer coordinators will send out information when the meet positions are posted for sign up.
-We will also have additional events during the session - volunteer needs will be announced as they come up.
- Families that opt out of fulfilling their volunteer requirement will be charged a $250 fee at the end of each session.
