Its time!!! It is championship season. There are a lot of moving parts to be aware of over the next few weeks: The Sea Devil meet was our LAST meet of the regular season. Lots of great swims. The results have been uploaded to our team site. Times have been updated. The Bronze Championship swimmers have had their new events added to their list of swims if additional swims were achieved. Those who earned an MRC time had that event removed frmom the Brone meet and applied to the MRC...

Registration is now open for the pre-team clinic. This clinic is geared for 5.5 to 8 year olds interested in becoming part of the Tuna family. This clinic is NOT for current swimmers. We will be accepting 21 swimmers in our clinic. There are 13 remaining spots. Once the clinic is full it will close. Those who are team-ready will be offered an opportunity to join the team. Refer to the Joining tab and scroll down to the Pre-team clinic. Follow the registration prompts. Pass the word.

This past weekend was the National A+ meet hosted by Schoeder Swim Team in the Milwaukee area. We had 19 TUNA swimmers competing in this prelims/finals meet. While the swimming was exciting, everyone was excited to watch Olympic swimmer Phoebe Bacon race. Phoebe was talking with swimmers, taking pctures and having fun with everyone who approached her. This was very cool!

Thank you to swimmers, parent helpers, timers, officials, committee heads, awards people and all volunteers. You helped make this weekend’s meet a fantastic event for everyone who attended. I had a few coaches reach out and thank us and our parents for making a memorable meet for their swimmers. They loved the event format and the age group division. They loved the awards. They loved hospitality. They loved the interactions between timers and swimmers. They loved the professionalism of the officials. Joel and his equipment team did an amazing job....
